optimum levels of health. Wellness coaching is:
  • A 3-month action-oriented program which will help you adopt and sustain the
    healthier behaviors to  reach your goals, whether they include losing weight,
    exercising regularly, eating more nutritious meals, or reducing stress
  • A journey, with the help of a trusted coach and friend, toward the person you've
    always wanted to be
  • A way to get "unstuck" and lose the last few pounds, stop smoking, get to the
    next level of fitness

Nutritional Coaching
Are you getting in your daily fruits and vegetables? Do you know how much protein
you should be eating? Do you snack on processed foods or eat out because you just
don't know what to make?
