Packages, Rates & Policies
All training sessions include elements of strength training, core training, balance, flexibility, and
cardio, and will be tailored depending on the client's fitness level and goals. All new clients
receive an extra
30 minutes during the first session for fitness and lifestyle assessment (health
history,
weight, measurements, posture, in-depth diet, etc.).
All clients receive free email support to help further their fitness goals.

My Fitness Coach accepts all major credit cards, but loves cash and checks!

PERSONAL & WELLNESS COACHING TRAINING PACKAGES
1. Training/wellness coaching in your home
$100 per session
Train with a partner and each pay half

2. Training/wellness coaching in my home
$80 per session
Train with a partner and each pay half
Comfortable, quiet and open space with treadmill, dumbbells, stability ball, medicine balls,
resistance tubing, Bosu balance disc, Pilates rings, and more. We can also exercise in the
beautiful, outdoor pool area if the weather is nice!

3. Options to save you money
Commit to a three-month contract and pay a fixed, lower monthly price. Here's how it works:
Linda wants to train 2x/week, but keep her costs low. She buys three months of sessions for
$400/month. That works out to be $50/session--much less than the regular rates for in-home
training. Linda attends most of her sessions, but misses 3 due to work travel and being sick.
While the unused sessions expire monthly, she is still able to save money over the long run
since she is committed to training.

PREGNANT AND/OR NEW MOMS PACKAGES
Most women are encouraged to continue working out during their pregnancies (your doctor
will let you know if you can't). With just a few simple tweaks to the fitness routine and
exercises, pregnant women can work out regularly as long as they feel comfortable and have the
doc's green light, almost up until birth!

And after birth, most women can begin working out in about 3 weeks (longer if they've had a
C-section or difficult birth). The
Babybells program will help you get on your way to your
pre-pregnancy body...or better!

POLICIES
Sessions are 50 minutes in length. Payment is due before or at the first session.

There is a 24-HOUR cancellation policy!!!
Those who cancel within the 24-hour window will lose the scheduled session. I will make every
effort to accommodate schedule change requests outside the 24-hour window.

Unused sessions expire 3 months from date of purchase. Should the need arise, we can discuss
extenuating circumstances, such as illness, death in the family, or a job relocation.
