Train in your home or my home. In your home, we can use your equipment, train with no equipment (Pilates mat, bodyweight training, flexibility) and/or I can bring my own portable equipment.
I have a large workout space in my home (Highwood Drive) with natural light. It is equipped with a treadmill, dumbbells, stability ball, resistance bands, medicine balls, Bosu balance trainer, kettlebells, Pilates ring and Reebok Step, to name a few.
We can also meet for wellness coaching sessions. These are discussions using techniques similar to cognitive-behavioral therapy and assist you in reaching your health and wellness goals. Goals can include toning, losing weight, eating healthier, reducing stress, smoking cessation, etc. I will help you create your wellness vision, three-month goals and weekly goals. I also help you celebrate success and guide you through setbacks. Some clients request workouts they can do at home. I will show you easy moves and give you a training program that will help further your progress.
Coaching usually lasts about 3-6 months and results in long-term behavior change and a healthier you. It is also a great supplement to personal training!
