THE BABYBELLS PROGRAM IS FOR....
  • New moms who want their bodies back, but who don't want to spend any
    more time away from their babies
  • Moms who only have a few minutes at a time to exercise
  • Moms who want a fun way to bond with their babies
  • Moms who want to get out, exercise, and meet other moms

PROGRAM OPTIONS:
  • Work 1-1 with a trainer to learn how to exercise with your baby on your own
  • Work in a small group setting (location flexible) with other moms so that you
    can meet a supporting network of new moms.
  • BE A BABYBELLS HOSTESS: host a class at your home with your
    friends/other moms (4+ participants total min.) and you will receive a free class!
    Every time you host, you will get a free workout and dollars toward individual
    training sessions

All participants must be cleared by a physician to exercise. Babies can be infants, but
to participate in more rigorous exercises, must be able to keep their heads up.
